Season 2

Season 2, you would think that it was a whole new show but it's the same old Code Lyoko, with many new twists, check it out!

The plot is still the same, but with a lot of new twists. Jeremie discovers a new sector, Sector 5 or Carthage. They learn that Sector 5 is where X.A.N.A lives and is the heart of Lyoko. Aelita discovers she once had a life on Earth, and learns that the creator of Lyoko is her father, Franz Hopper. Three new monsters are introduced in this season, the Tarantula, the creeper, and the flying mantis.

Some of the changes in this season include, the vehicles and of course the new animation that is cleaner and smoother than the old version in the first season. The forest sector gets a makeover, it looks brighter. Odd loses his special ability, "Future Vision," which he believes is useless, this is trying to be fixed in the third season, which is still a failed attempt.

I believe that the second season had many amazing plot twists. I loved the new vehicles and animation, the new ideas gave me the shivers just watching it, and the last episode was such a plot twist. I'd give it an 9/10.
