Characters (FMA)

Here are some of the characters of Full metal alchemist (more info coming soon)

Edward Elric, the older brother to Alphonse Elric, is the youngest state alchemists in the history of the military. He is the son of the great alchemist Hoenhiem. After his mother's death he and his brother learn the science of alchemy and figure out a way to bring their mother back, but what they make isn't human. Edward, Ed, is very short tempered and hates being called, "short," which clearly he is. He changes as the show moves on and becomes more cool and collected, in the movie he is taller and more mature.

Alphonse Elric, the younger brother to Edward Elric, is one year younger than his brother, but tries to act responsible for his older brother. Though he isn't as good at alchemy as his older brother, he still manages. After his brother and him tried a human transmutaion to bring their mother back, he lost his body in the process but, his brother brough his soul back and put it into a suit of armor. Now his kind and caring soul is in a scary metal can.

Roy Mustang, Colonel in the military, is known as, "The Flame Alchemist." He uses gloves made of material that sparks when you snap, and with the transmutation circle embedded in them, he is able to make flames from the gloves. He was considered a hero at the Isbal rebellion. He treats Edward like a little kid but, supports him in finding the Philosophers stone.

The humunculi are also known as the 7 sins, Lust, Envy, Gluttoney, Wrath, Greed, Pride, and Sloth. The humunculi are humanoid transmutaions who are the products of failed human transmutations of alchemists who wished they could bring their friends and or family back to life but, created a different life. The humunculi can't die or use alchemy, they have other powers and wish to be human. Though they aren't truly human, they still have memories of their former selves. They are currently searching for the Philosopher's stone to make them human.

Riza Hawkeye, the 1st Luitenent gunner, she works under Roy Mustang and seems to like him. She is skilled at firearms and acts like an older sister to Ed and Al. She doesn't show a lot of emotion but, owns a young black and white puppy. She believes Roy acts like a total idiot sometimes.

The fuhrer, or the lead of the military, is really a humunculus, is also known as, "Pride." He covers one eye to hide the mark of the Oroboros, the mark of the Humunculi.
